Bon Aserios asked me to do the makeup of nursing graduate Ana Marfori for his exhibit in Kasalan 2010 at the Limketkai Mall last September 2010. Ana, according to Bon, is the epitome of what “One Happy Story” photography is about- fun, exuberant, beautiful, and  elegant. Ana is currently reviewing for the Nursing boards but there was no trace of stress on her face typical of board takers. Her poise and charm are what makes her a standout.

Bridal Makeup for Katrina Rojas

Katrina works as a nurse. She was very picky in choosing her wedding suppliers. In fact, she had a makeup trial with me twice because she wanted everything to be perfect on her wedding day. After several trial sessions with different makeup artists, she came back to me and on the second session, she finally decided to book me.

These are pictures from my camera. I only did the bride’s makeup so I had lots of time to take pictures afterwards. Thanks to the official photographer, Roger Lactao for allowing me and my hubby to take snapshots while his team directed the poses.

Wedding: Carrot and Hadj

Carrot’s cousin, Audrey (who was a former client), booked the bride as early as December 2009. Carrot is presently based in Manila, working as the marketing manager for La Mer and Bobbi Brown Philippines. Sticking with the Bobbi Brown principles of makeup, I had to keep her look natural yet glowing.

Carrot got married to Hadj, who hails from Pangasinan. Their love story which evolved from friendship was sealed with matrimonial vows last June 26, 2010 at the San Lorenzo Parish in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro. Bridal preparations were done at the Mallberry Suites, while the Urban- themed reception was held at Dynasty Court Hotel Grand Ballroom. Flower Matters, the event stylist for this occasion, magically transformed the ballroom into a chic city.
